		<description>I had never thought of the seasons affecting the real estate market, since I live in sunny Australia, but it does make sense. Just making the most of what you have got would be the key. If you are selling in winter just make sure your house feels warm and homely.</description>

I guess the fact that the real estate market evens out in the end is one of the big attractions of being an investor.  I think it&#039;s because when you hold real estate over time; despite fluctuations in the market; your property will still increase in value.  

I never knew that springtime is the most productive time in the real estate market.  It&#039;s nearly spring now so I&#039;ll be watching the property market with great interest.</description>
