Great homeselling tips. You’d think that these are pretty standard things that most people would do if they wanted to sell their property. I think it would definitely pay to showcase the house in the best condition possible.
You do never get a second chance to make a first impression and nothing scares female buyers than a cockroach or rodent scurrying across the floor.
You have to make yourself easy to reach. Some buyers may only call the once and then they are gone. Changing your answering machine message may also be of help to let buyers know they have rung the right number and to help capture their details.
