Negotiation is not one of my favourite things to do.  I think you have to consider what you can afford to pay and make a reasonable offer to the homeowner.  

Maybe I can get a real estate agent to help me negotiate the price.  Still, I&#039;d be focusing on a win, win situation for both parties.</description>
