You can potentially save money on DIY conveyance…although it pays to pay attention to detail. If your are not this sort of person then it may be better to enlist the help of professionals.

Hi Sean,

Wow! DIY conveyance is a scary proposition. I guess if you’re a lawyer you could do it yourself to save some money. But, for the rest of us, I’d much rather spend the money and get a professional to handle it so I avoid any legal issues.

There’s lots of places you can save money but I don’t think do it yourself conveyancing is it.
