		<description>aAcluttered house does look cramped and small...just cleaning up will make your house seem larger. Another couple of ways is too open some curtains and have the place well lit. A stategic mirror on the wall also will effectively double the look of the room.</description>

Preparing your home to be sold is a big deal.  You really have to try and see it from someone else&#039;s point of view.  Maybe it&#039;s worth asking friends for an unbiased view once you&#039;ve de-cluttered and preparations are finished.

They might see something you&#039;ve missed.</description>
