There is a lot of free information available for the new real estate investor. It makes sense to take advantage of all the free stuff before you outlay any money.
The internet is filled with excellent information. You just have to search for it. Not to mention newspapers and television. There are lots of places to help you get started in investing. I think I have a lot of reading to do.
Good point about just sitting back and waiting for the market to pick up. Real estate vs stock market, in this scenario the bank would have called you on a margin loan but as long as you could keep up the repaymentson a property loan it is not phased about the real estate being undervalued…real estate is safer in this example.
