The cheapest places to buy in Australia may be found by living outside of the major cities. I guess you just have to assess what is best for you and your family. Also, you need to think about what your goals are.
I think there are a lot of things to consider beyond price.
I am not exactly sure where Cunnamulla is. I like living in the country so the city is of little interest to me except from a real estate investment point of view. I am sure the competition will be a lot less fierce in Cunnamulla as opposed to, say, the Gold Coast
