This is a great Article! The Australian Government grant for first home buyers is a two sided move. It stimulates the real estate market and encourages people who would not normally be able to afford a house. It also makes people house themselves, because if they don’t then the Government has too. Brilliant.

Hi Sean,

The First Home Owners Grant was good for first home buyers, the building sector and it did its part to keep the economy afloat. I just hope that there haven’t been too many of these grants given to people who really can’t afford to buy their own homes.

Still, a lot of good has come from this government grant.

The federal government through Small business administration aids women in starting a enterprise by giving them access to special loan packages, along with certification programs (8A Certification) to be able to better compete in the government contracting system.
