Word of mouth is a powerful tool. You just have to ask the question. There are a lot of good real estate agents out there you just have to find one that is going to work well with you.

Hi Sean,

I love your tip of going to open houses too. This way you get to meet them on their own turf. It’s an excellent way to check them out before you even talk to them about seeing if they’d be a suitable real estate agent for you.

If they don’t know what you’re really assessing; you’re much more likely to see the real them. It should be an easy enough decision from there.
