This is very sound advice for the first time homebuyer.  It&#039;s pretty simple stuff; don&#039;t borrow more than you can afford to pay back and save for that downpayment.

You can&#039;t borrow money on what will happen in the future.  The future isn&#039;t here yet and anything could happen.  Go with what you have now.  Then the future is just a bonus.</description>
