So, in the right markets, you don’t have to spend any money on renovating the property and its value will increase naturally? That’s a cool investment. You just have to choose the right property and hold onto it.

I need to learn how to find the right properties and choose the right markets.

I love doing options on the high priced homes. You typically have to have quite a bit of equity in the home in order to complete a great option…but the good news is these homes do exist.

Hi, now i am interested in investment property. I have read many books regarding this investment,but i still a bit confused of what the essential factor of determining whether it’s good area or not to invest. Then, is it now the best time to invest, when interest rates gets higher and most people can’t afford paying their debt? How to make a big profit in this investment? Do i need to sell it when the value of property is increasing,or i use that increasing value to make the bigger loan to buy another properties ?Can you explain it to me. I will really appreciate it if you can answer my question. Thank you
