Donald Trump is a very smart businessman and if he used investing in property options as a way to dig himself out of a 900 million dollar deficit; then it’s definitely something I should be doing. I know that he’s built hotels but I don’t know what else.

I remember reading earlier somewhere in your blog that investing in commercial properties is very lucrative. It seems like this is what Donald Trump has done by taking properties and transforming them into hotels. But, I’m not sure if he’s done any residential properties.
