You make an excellent point. The only way to make money from investing in property options is to get started. I think there’s a time to learn and a time to just jump in and get started applying the strategies.

You’re never going to know all you need to know to be outrageously successful from the first day. You have to do the investing to get the knowledge and experience to make the big dollars.
