Wow! The more I read your blog; the more I realise that there are opportunities for everyone; regardless of their personal circumstances. I find it amazing that you can get started with little or no money.
You just have to be smart about what you do. I guess this is what makes some people successful and not others. Some people don’t let anything hold them back.
Alot of first time investors who are looking to get involved in the property market get advice off there broke friends and family. They are not aware of all the other opportunities out there. It really does pay to invest in yourself and get an education or find a sucessful mentor to model.
