Hi Sean,

Turnkey investment properties seem like a great deal. I guess these kinds of investment properties would be more like apartments and condominiums? And they’d be more popular in the major capital cities? Or, maybe mining towns?

I think I’d like turnkey investing properties as I like the thought of having a team in place to take care of the property. I think you would have to choose these experts carefully.

A team specificly set up to aquire these types of property investments would no doubt have bulk buying power. It seems to good to be true to be able to get a property at a wholesale price that is going to give good cashflow, and someone else finds it and manages it….awesome!
