good point with the porches, i never considered looking around at the surrounding houses, I would just fix it up to what I liked….good thing I like big verandah’s

Thanks for the great advice on property flipping. I have to admit I really like doing home renovations. I’m pretty good with a paintbrush.

But, it takes a lot more than good painting to flip property. I think you’d need to develop a list of great contractors who can do the work for you if you want to get into property flipping.

I’d only feel comfortable doing minor cosmetic improvements.
