    Thanks for listing the benefits of investing in apartment blocks. I like that you’ll be able to increase your wealth more quickly through investing in these properties.

    Also, all your tenants are in one place. So, you wouldn’t lose a lot of time by driving all over town to collect rents or mow the lawn. You could also have an apartment manager who could live on site and watch over your investment.
