		<description>It would be alot easier if you could just exchange a cheque for the deeds but I suppose that would be a perfect world. Keeping these hidden costs in mind before purchasing will keep any undue stress to a minimum and hopefully allow the property purchase process move forward without any hiccups.</description>

Thanks for the list of additional costs and fees.  It&#039;s easy to want to forget about those sneaky little costs.  Still, I think a mortgage broker is a great way to make sure that you&#039;ve got all of your financing covered.

And, they&#039;ll get you a great deal.</description>
