Wow! Mark Rolton started out as a blue collar worker before making a fortune in property options. He’s definitely the best guy to learn how to do this from then.
I think that’s one of the biggest keys to success. You need to find a mentor. It’s even better if they started out with nothing and are now making a fortune. That way, they’ll be able to teach you to do the same thing.
I have seen several dvds by Mark Roulton through 21st Century Academy and he really does know what he is talking about. I have discussed property options with a few real estate agents and they are not real keen on them because they do not get a commision ‘right now’ and may never.
