    I think a lot of people would want to get into investing in real estate overseas. I’m sure the thought of exotic locations is appealing. Still, I’d rather get a handle on investing in the real estate market in Australia first.

    Maybe it would be okay if you were just buying a property that didn’t need anything to be done to it. But, if it did, who will you trust to make sure everything is carried out the way you want?

    Investing overseas is lot harder than investing in your own country..although maybe not as profitable. I have a friend who is investing in China real estate. I am not but he seems to think it is a good deal.
