You have most likely heard from investors in the stock market once or twice that there is always some kind of “bull market” somewhere. All this means is that there is always a way to make a profit no matter if the prices of shares are on the rise or decline.
Those experienced with investing in the real estate market often feel the same way. No matter if the prices of properties are increasing or decreasing, there is always some way to make a profit.
Golden Properties
Investing in the real estate market allows you to earn a significant income with considerably less risk than investing in the stock market. One of the main reasons for this is because there are a few properties that will always be valuable such as beach or lake front properties and properties that provide some kind of unique view.
Supply and demand rules the business world, including the real estate business. Most people prefer water front properties; therefore, these are the investment properties that are in the greatest demand. Beachfront property is popular all around the world.
These properties are not immune to plummeting prices during a major crisis, but it typically does not last long. Availability of beachfront property is limited because there are only so many beaches in the world, and even less that are suitable for residence. In the cities, when middle class housing investors want to expand, they simply move farther out from downtown and build more houses. This is not possible with beachfront housing because it would require expansion out into the oceans.
Attempting to improve costal ecology protection, federal and state laws now make building on many beaches almost impossible. However, these regulations only increase the value of the properties that are available for investment making beachfront properties that much more valuable.

Is it possible to find people in pre foreclosure in Australia? Can a list be bought?
Not sure on a list Peter, I have never looked into trying to find one. I would imagine a simple Google search could be the best way to find what you are looking for.
Hi Sean,
I’d love a beachfront property. It’s the Aussie thing to do. If you could get your hands on a beachfront property in Australia; you’d be onto a winner. We have a beach culture in Australia.
I think lots of us have spent a significant time at the beach growing up. So, it makes sense to find beachfront properties to add to your portfolio. They’re always going to be in demand.
There is always going to be a demand for beach front properties, but investing during a market crisis can mean getting a better investment opportunity for a better price. Bring on the surf.
Just so you know, typo in the last paragraph.
