Hi Sean,
I think I’d like to invest in the property options market as it seems very low risk compared to investing in the traditional real estate market. When you live in a home prior to buying it, you’ll have a much better sense of whether the property is the right fit for you.
I think this is a great option for cautious investors.
Investing in property options seems like a great idea. Although I have not ever used one, I have read quite a lot about them. If you are having trouble getting finance through the banks then this may be a good option for you to take. Finding a mentor who is already using property options may also be a very sensible move.
