    Investment in property options does seem like a good way to invest in the real estate market. It really does seem like a win, win situation for everyone involved.

    I think that you roll the dice each time you rent your investment property out to new tenants. This is one of the hugely negative factors against investing in rental properties. You’d just have to find a property that someone would want an option to buy on.
