Investment in property options does seem like a good way to invest in the real estate market. It really does seem like a win, win situation for everyone involved.
I think that you roll the dice each time you rent your investment property out to new tenants. This is one of the hugely negative factors against investing in rental properties. You’d just have to find a property that someone would want an option to buy on.
I have read about property options but I have never done one, nor have any of my aquaitances that I have talked about them with. They really seem like a great way to be in the real estate market without risking to much. Thanks for putting up this article to help educate people such as myself.
