I have to say that these strategies for investing make me a little nervous.  It&#039;s amazing to me that you can be an investor in the real estate market with no money and no credit.

Still, I guess you could look at it as they&#039;re also a great way to invest in real estate when you&#039;re looking for low risk ventures.  Lease options seem to be a win, win for everyone.</description>
