Getting Started When You Have No Money & No Credit

In addition, you can also find instructional videos and webinars that will you get your toes wet and eventually dive into the world of real estate investment.

Hi Sean,

I have to say that these strategies for investing make me a little nervous. It’s amazing to me that you can be an investor in the real estate market with no money and no credit.

Still, I guess you could look at it as they’re also a great way to invest in real estate when you’re looking for low risk ventures. Lease options seem to be a win, win for everyone.

I really like the idea of lease options…it allows for almost infinte returns on your money. Lease options and flipping properties seem like they were made for each other.
