I’m still surprised by the amount of ways there are to get involved in the property market with no money and no credit. I think you really need to have done your research and know the numbers before you approach any potential investors.
With the economy the way it is the banks are very cautious with their lending. If you locate a great real estate deal and the banks won’t come to the party then it is good to know that these other options are available.
