I find talking to old tradies..especially builders is the best way to keep up with prices/problems. They are always willing to come over and cast their eagle eye on a future project for a nominal fee of...say a carton of beer.

Hi Sean,

For me, I think a property investment coach is a must if I'm to move beyond my basic knowledge of investing in real estate. I think it's much smarter to work with someone who can teach you and make you aware of the mistakes you are going to make before you make them.

As a new investor, I'd consider an money I spend on a property investment coach well worth it.
