Searching for valuable real estate can be tricky, as some things might be extremely valuable to you but not to someone else.

What would you say are things that are important to everybody except "location location location"?

Hi Sean,

Thanks for the list of things to consider when searching for real estate. A lot of it depends on where you are in your life and what your plans are for the future. You need to know what you want.

Also, you need to consider if you'll want to resell your property at some stage. If you do, you need to think about what will be important for future buyers.
