Thanks for the list of traits shared by successful property investors. I definitely see myself on that list so I think I could experience success in the real estate market.
I think if I could find a way to harness these traits and connect with successful investors; I could find a way to be successful. All you need is the right attitude and a willingness to learn and a successful mentor.
A mentor is advosable in any sort of investment strategy…why learn the hard way when you can “copy” the succesful atributes of another successful investor.
