Hi Sean,
I think getting a mentor is the only way to become a serious investor in the property investment market. You can learn everything on your own and attend lots of seminars.
But, at the end of the day, I think most people need someone to give them a push to take massive action. It would just really be an advantage to work with someone who’s been where you are now and has become a successful property investor.
Modelling sucessful people is a great way to shortcut to your success. Finding a mentor that is willing to help you is one of the greatest tools in your kit. You gain from not only their wisdom and experience but also from their contacts.
